The Student Help Desk locations offer a range of walk-up services, including:

  • Support for UCSBnetID issues
  • Support for U-Mail issues
  • Answers to general software questions
  • Access to helpful how-to guides
  • Open access computer labs
  • Printing and scanning services

How to get help

Support is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We aim to respond to all inquiries by the end of the next business day.

Come learn popular software applications with our software workshops. Our FREE workshops provide students access to essential skills contributing to proficiency with the software titles taught. Workshops offer can vary from quarter to quarter based on attendance and suggestions - if you don't see one you like, suggest it!
